Focaccia Bread Art Class

Amy Coyne from Amy Bakes Bread is returning to the Bleubird Kitchen to lead yet another tasty bread-making class. This class, however, comes with an artistic twist! Participants will not only learn how to make delicious focaccia bread, but they will also get to make their own bread art!


To begin, Amy will instruct participants on how to make a great focaccia bread. Then, they will get to explore the Gallery and other resources to get inspiration to make their own bread art. Each person will get a 9x13 pan of focaccia that they can decorate with edible flowers from Wild Roots Farmer Florist and other provided vegetables. It only makes it more special that everyone will be using plants as art on Earth Day! Art can be anything! There are no rules! Once their bread art is ready, they can bring their focaccia home to bake!


Amy is a talented instructor and baker. Her classes always sell out and are so much fun to be a part of.
